Canela, as the creator and driving force behind the ‘Stop Working For Change’ initiative, is solely responsible for the hours donated by Canela and its employees to various collaborating NGOs.
Each agency collaborating with this campaign will be responsible for the hours they choose to donate to NGOs, as well as for ensuring compliance, without the initiative developed by Canela implying, in any way, the assumption of non-compliance by the agencies subscribed to the initiative.
In the event of use, by any company, NGO, or individual, of the image, logo, or similar elements of ‘Stop Working For Change,’ as well as their exploitation for commercial purposes, Canela reserves all actions that may be available to assert its rights.
